  1. Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "T&Cs") govern all product sales made by our store to any customer, via the website or any other sales channel.

Any order implies unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

  1. Products

Products offered for sale are described as accurately as possible.

Photographs, descriptions, colors, and dimensions are provided for information only and have no contractual value.

Colors, textures, and shades of products may slightly vary depending on screens, devices, or production batches. These differences cannot be considered defects.

  1. Availability

Despite regular updates, some products may become unavailable after order validation.

In case of unavailability, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and may choose between a refund or an exchange.

  1. Price

Prices are indicated in euros (€), VAT included, excluding delivery fees.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, without affecting already validated orders.

In case of obvious price error, description mistake, or technical bug, the order may be canceled and refunded.

  1. Order

The order is considered final after payment validation.

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any order in case of prior dispute, suspected fraud, or requiring additional verification.

  1. Payment

Payment is made via the secure methods offered during the order.

Transactions comply with current security standards (PCI-DSS).

  1. Delivery

8.1 Deadlines

Standard delivery is generally made within an estimated 7 business days.

This timeframe is indicative and may be extended in case of exceptional circumstances (logistics, force majeure, peak periods, strikes, carrier problems, supplier shortages, etc.).

8.2 Delay

No compensation can be claimed in case of reasonable delivery delay.

8.3 Transport

Transport responsibility is transferred to the carrier upon handing over the package.

In case of delivery issues, an investigation will be opened with the carrier before any refund or reshipment.

Any complaint regarding delivery must be reported within 48 hours after receipt indicated by the carrier.

  1. Shipping fees

Delivery and return costs are the customer's responsibility to maintain competitive sale prices.

Delivery fees are non-refundable, except in case of error or defective product attributable to our store.

  1. Right of withdrawal & returns

10.1 Timeframe

In accordance with Belgian and European legislation, the customer has a 14-calendar-day period from the day after receiving the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.

The customer then has an additional 14 days to return the product.

10.2 Conditions

The product must be returned:

  • not worn
  • not used
  • not washed
  • with intact labels
  • in its original condition and packaging

Any item not meeting these conditions may be refused.

For hygiene reasons, some items cannot be returned if they have been opened, worn, or unsealed.

10.3 Procedure

Before any return, the customer must contact our customer service to obtain the necessary instructions.

  1. Refund

After receipt and inspection of the product:

  • the refund will be made excluding shipping costs
  • within 10 business days
  • via the same payment method used for the purchase
  1. Defective products or errors

In case of defective product or error on our part, the customer must provide clear photos of the issue encountered.

Return costs will be covered, and an exchange or refund will be offered after verification.

  1. Liability

Our liability is strictly limited to the amount of the concerned order.

We cannot be held responsible for:

  • improper use of products
  • delays beyond our control
  • indirect or intangible damages
  • loss of income, business losses, or damages related to the use of the site or products
  1. Force majeure

We cannot be held responsible for non-performance or delays due to force majeure: strike, pandemic, carrier issues, natural disaster, computer failure, supplier shortage, or any event beyond our control.

  1. Wellness and spiritual products

Information related to stones, incense, or wellness products is provided for informational and spiritual purposes only.

They do not in any way replace medical advice or professional treatment.

  1. Intellectual property

All site content (photos, texts, logo, visuals, graphic identity) remains the exclusive property of SUNAY BOUTIQUE and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written authorization.

  1. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and used only for order management and customer relations.

  1. Electronic proof

The electronic data recorded by the site constitute valid proof of transactions, payments, and communications.

  1. Applicable law and disputes

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to Belgian law.

In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred before any legal action.

In the absence of an amicable agreement, the courts of the judicial district of Brussels shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

  1. Acceptance

The customer acknowledges having read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale before placing any order.
