Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the day after receipt.

The customer must inform us of their intention to withdraw within this period. After this request, they have an additional 14 days to return the product.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or errors on our part.

Items must be returned unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags intact, in their original condition and packaging.

For hygiene reasons, certain opened, worn, or unsealed items cannot be accepted.

Initial delivery fees are non-refundable, except in cases of errors or defective products attributable to SUNAY BOUTIQUE.

All products are covered by the legal warranty applicable in Belgium.

In case of a defective product or an error on our part, the customer must contact SUNAY BOUTIQUE at contact@sunay.be with clear photos of the issue observed.

After verification, an exchange, repair, or refund may be offered in accordance with the applicable legislation.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, damage caused by the customer, or improper maintenance of the product.

Do stones and spiritual products have medical value?

No. Information about stones, incense, or wellness products is provided for informational and spiritual purposes only and does not replace medical advice.

What should I do if my package is lost or damaged?

If there is a delivery problem, please contact us quickly at contact@sunay.be so that an investigation can be opened with the carrier.

Can I return an item?
